3b ZDM Big Data Analytics: Consulting Services

1 minute read

The service is related to supporting interesting users in using the ZDM Big Data Analytics.

The system is affordable for a very large set of industry companies, due to: a) a very low effort required by domain experts (no need for modelling), b) self-adjustment (no need for an expensive human driven configuration) and c) service-orientation (no need for installing software). However, the challenge is to prepare the system for a proper and efficient usage, by setting all parameters according to the requirements from a concrete use case (focusing on the available data and defined business goals)

The parameters are related to the data analytics processing pipeline (Ingestion, Storage, Real-time processing, Data Analytics, Visualization). The most important ones are related to:

a) configuring the adapters for the data sources (to get the data) and understanding the nature of data (to get the data pre processed)

b) configuring the analytics based on the defined business goals.
