4 ZDM Knowledge Management Environment for IBPM

The ZDM Knowledge Management Environment is responsible to provide meaningful and actionable information from the production system, MAS and data analytics system to the user. It applies a graphical modelling approach to externalize existing knowledge applying the Industrial Business Process Management Approach (IBPM).

To this end it supports two application scenarios:

Visualisation and reporting: provide personalized visualizations as dashboards an reports to the quality management team, line responsible and line operator

Support decision making in the production system design and operation by combining the expertise of human knowledge and machine data. This decision support is enable through adaptation, actuation rules and knowledge actions.
